The role and key responsibilities

This role is intended to address the growing number of tasks within Group Health & Safety that demand a solid understanding of IT processes and requirements, as well as specialized IT skills and expertise. 

You would be responsible for the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of IT systems and tools that support health and safety processes across the organization. Included in this role is also to facilitate collaboration and communication between Group H&S, BA's, IT and other departments, ensuring that digital tools effectively support compliance, reporting, risk management and incident tracking. You would also lead and facilitate process teams, workstreams and core teams to drive and support implementation efforts, enable business transformation and enhance system utilization and user experience.

Your main responsibilities include

  • System implementation and integration
  • System maintenance and support
  • Process improvement
  • Communication, training and change-management
  • Data management, reporting and data analysis
  • IT collaboration, facilitation and collaboration.

Your experience and background

  • Bachelor’s degree, or similar, in information technology, Computer Science, Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
  •  3+ years of experience in IT systems implementation, preferably in a health and safety or compliance environment.
  • Proven project management capabilities and experience in facilitating process teams and workstreams involving diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Familiarity with H&S regulations and reporting standards.

 

Additional information

This position is based in one of NCC’s main offices in the Nordics and requires regular travel. However, we encourage flexible working and digital collaboration whenever possible. As part of NCC's safety culture, background checks will be conducted for final candidates.
