We are looking for a new colleague to NBS Team Accounts Payable (AP).
NCC Business Services (NBS) is a Shared Service Center that delivers financial services to our Nordic companies within the NCC Group. We are approximately 100 employees working in process-oriented teams.
The role as Subledger accountant
The new colleague will work in one of the three AP teams working process-oriented for all our Nordic companies (SE, DK, NO and FI) within the NCC Group.
In the specific team the tasks are 2nd line support, handling invoices in the invoice workflow system Billy (support and post check), and reminders.
The main task for this role will be second line support i.e., provide support and answer questions about the whole of AP´s process from NCC's internal and external stakeholders. Here you will have the chance to make a difference by helping our stakeholders, identifying improvement possibilities, and be involved in the whole AP process.
You need a few years of experience from similar tasks. Experiences from ERP/financial systems and accounting processes understanding are required, and with knowledge in accounts payable or accounts receivable. Since the work covers all our Nordic companies (SE, DK, NO and FI) your ability to communicate in both speech and writing in English, and in one additional Nordic language is necessary. Experience from other large Nordic organizations with high volumes and/or SSC is an advantage. Experience of ERP implementation(s) would be a significant advantage.
You are a team player who is passionate about finance work in general, and with the whole AP process particularly. You want to work together with others in a team where good collaboration skills are important features. You have excellent communication skills, and you can prioritize and plan work.
The work in business administration will be under a transformation during the next couple of years. It is therefore very important you have change competence and can see and understand opportunities for higher automation. We expect you to be driven, co-operate with our business areas to understand the end-to-end process and to be involved in our change projects. You are positive, open minded, and you embrace change.

The position is placed at NCC Head office in Solna.
