Surroundings

Norra Station area is a new district in Stockholm and in the future over 40 000 people will live and work here. The area is linking Solna and Vasataden together and it is close to water and parks with Brunnsviken and Hagaparken just around the corner.

Torsplan will become a part of a growing life science cluster with, among others, Nya Karolinska Solna (NKS) and Karolinska Institutet (KI) as neighbors.

The new hospital has already begun to be built and the first office building at Torsplan is ready for occupancy in summer of 2013. The building will have a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes and training opportunities. It will be an area that is alive at all hours.
