Our Organization
NCC has six business areas. They are included in three businesses with differing business logic.
A construction and civil engineering business, which is conducted in four different business areas, NCC Infrastructure, NCC Building Nordics, NCC Building Sweden and NCC Green Industry Transformation. The business ties up little capital, has a strong cash flow and is project-oriented.
An industrial business, which is applied within the NCC Industry business area, with a focus on processing, in particular on stone materials and asphalt production. The business mainly ties up capital in material quarries and crushed and asphalt products facilities, which have high fixed costs.
A development business, which is conducted in the NCC Property Development business area. The business ties up capital in development properties and projects in progress. The development business is transaction-focused and the market risk is greater than for the other business areas due to the many years required from land acquisition to delivered project.
