Development through further education

NCC offers further education in most areas. During the annual career-development talk, you will have an opportunity to discuss individual goals, assignments and any needs for skills development.

Many options

Within NCC, there are a large number of positions and at least as many activities and career routes. Change is beneficial – and helps you develop!

Your development within NCC will be enhanced by the way the various working formats are structured. You can either work very independently, or as a part of a team. Generally speaking, you can choose from three different career paths. You will naturally be able to switch between them.

Production focus

Production in the field of construction and civil engineering forms a key foundation for NCC’s operations, as does industrial production. Within these areas, we can offer a large number of positions united by the shared objective of providing efficient high-quality production to customers.

Business focus

Delegated profit responsibility entails that business skills must be available at many levels within NCC. Depending on the business area, these can be strictly superior to positions within the production line or be at the same level as positions with a production focus.

Specialist focus

NCC’s organization includes various staffs that support the line operations in a number of key areas. The increased complexity of many issues is making the support provided by such staffs increasingly important. Specialists play important roles in areas including the environment, R&D, costing, financing, HR and purchasing.
