Right in the heart of central Malmö, NCC is developing the hottest shopping destination of Öresund with space for a large number of shops.
The new shopping facilities will be integrated with the existing Triangeln center when it comes to things like customer flows, opening hours and marketing.
The largest mall in inner Malmö
The existing and new shopping area together will comprise around 36,000 m² of shops. Triangeln’s mall will thus become the largest mall in inner Malmö.
Getting to Triangeln couldn’t be easier, regardless of whether you choose to travel by bus, car, train or cycle.
Triangeln – A new hub in Malmö
The finished property will lie 50 meters from the City Tunnel rail line’s Triangeln station where as many as 40,000 people get on and off the trains each day. The station will thus be Malmö's largest, and the third largest in Sweden.
Furthermore, there are plans to establish a bus terminal here that will be one of Malmö’s largest. In total around 100,000 people will pass Triangeln on a daily basis.
