Birsta is the premier shopping destination of Norrland.

The expansion taking place in the eastern part of Birsta will further strengthen the trading area and enhance Sundsvall’s growth as a regional center.

Contrast to west Birsta

In east Birsta we plan to develop Birsta Shopping Centre, with an appealing atmosphere that provides a contrast to west Birsta. It is the strategically best and most visible location on the eastern side of Birsta, positioned as it is next to the E4 motorway and ICA Maxi and with IKEA over the way.

Improved infrastructure

Ongoing improvements to the infrastructure in the area also mean improved accessibility and a new bus lane.
