Euromoney’s “Real Estate Award 2009” survey was conducted during the spring for the fifth consecutive year. In a web-based questionnaire, readers were asked to vote on matters including the best property developers, advisors, commercial banks, investment banks and investors in 54 countries.

NCC Property Development ranked first in the category of best property developer in the Nordic region, with an additional ten first-place rankings including best property developer in Denmark, Finland and Norway.

Working throughout the Nordic region provides local knowledge, while belonging to a major company such as NCC adds strength. By combining longstanding experience of property development with a focus on the future, the company is able to develop work, retail and logistics environments that are adapted to current and future needs.

Readers from the property sector responded to Euromoney’s web questionnaire. They were asked to list the countries about which they had the most knowledge and, based on these countries, to nominate the companies they believed to be the best.
