Euromoney’s “Real Estate Award 2008” survey was conducted during the spring for the fourth consecutive year. In a web-based questionnaire, readers were asked to vote on matters including the best property developer, advisor, commercial bank and investment bank, as well as investors in 54 countries. For 2008, 23,257 companies were nominated.
In the best property developer category, NCC Property Development was ranked first in the Nordic region and third globally. NCC was also ranked first in five other categories, including office development in the Nordic region, Finland and Norway.
Working throughout the Nordic region provides local knowledge, while belonging to a major company such as NCC adds strength. By combining longstanding experience of property development with a focus on the future, the company is able to develop work, retail and logistics environments that are adapted to current and future needs.
