A whistleblower function is also in place that can be used to report any kind of violation of NCC's Code of Conduct, including discrimination.
NCC's structure for the reporting and handling of discrimination means that there is no Group-wide reporting system for this information. The occurrence of discrimination is covered in NCC's annual Human Capital Index (HCI). NCC works in a structured manner to counter all kind of discrimination and the work on NCC's values is particularly important in this respect. |
