The purchaser is Saremo Properties A/S. Transfer of ownership will take place in two steps and the transaction will have a minor impact on earnings in the third and fourth quarter of 2010.

6/29/2010 3:44 PM NCC to build offices for Klövern in Kista for SEK 517 million - NCC Construction Sweden has been commissioned by the property company Klövern AB to build new office premises in Kista, located west of Stockholm. The project commenced in June 2010 and is scheduled for completion in March 2012. The order is valued at approximately SEK 517 million.
6/25/2010 10:00 AM NCC to construct road and tunnel in Kristiansand for SEK 510 million - NCC Construction Norway, together with Repstad Anlegg, is to construct slightly more than 2 kilometers of new road and tunnel Kristiansand in southern Norge. The total contract is worth approximately SEK 730 million and NCC’s portion amounts to about SEK 510 million. The client is the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.

The client is Regionservice Skåne and the project will be implemented on a partnering basis. The order value is expected to amount to approximately SEK 250 million. Planning and preparations are now being made prior to the start of construction, which is scheduled for January 2011.

The contract pertains to the first phase and joint planning and preparations will now commence ahead of construction start in August 2011. The assignment will be implemented as a partnering project, with a total order value of approximately SEK 500 million.

The buyer is the property fund Aberdeen Property Fund I Sicav-Fis and the purchase consideration is SEK 213 million. The sale will have a positive impact on NCC’s profit in the third quarter of 2011.

5/12/2010 11:55 AM NCC to construct GreenBuilding school in Södertälje for SEK 150 million - NCC Construction Sweden is to construct a new energy-efficient school in Södertälje in the form of a partnering project with Telge Fastigheter. The school, which will have a capacity of 650 pupils, will be designed in accordance with the Södertälje school model and constructed as a GreenBuilding. The order is valued at approximately SEK 150 million for NCC.

This is the third phase and is part of the double-track expansion between Gothenburg and Trollhättan. The client is the Swedish Transport Administration through BanaVäg i Väst and the order is valued at approximately SEK 203 million.

4/14/2010 6:20 PM NCC’s 2010 Annual General Meeting - Pursuant to the Board’s proposals, today’s Annual General Meeting of NCC shareholders resolved on motions including a dividend, authorization concerning the repurchase of shares and guidelines for the remuneration of senior executives. The Annual General Meeting approved the income statements and balance sheets for 2009 and granted the Board and the President discharge from liability. Christoph Vitzthum was elected new member of the Board.
4/14/2010 12:00 PM NCC’s CEO comments on the beginning of the year - NCC expects another challenging year in 2010, with lower volumes and intense competition. The long and cold winter in the Nordic region resulted in increased costs. Orders received recovered from low levels and amounted to SEK 14 billion in the first three months of the year, according to preliminary figures. This news will be presented in CEO Olle Ehrlén’s address to the Annual General Meeting today, April 14.

The assignment, which is valued at SEK 210 million, is conditional upon a water-rights court ruling from the Environmental Court.

NCC to build offices for Klövern in Kista for SEK 517 million - NCC Construction Sweden has been commissioned by the property company Klövern AB to build new office premises in Kista, located west of Stockholm. The project commenced in June 2010 and is scheduled for completion in March 2012. The order is valued at approximately SEK 517 million.
