Tertiary colors

These colors may not replace NCC blue or the secondary colors, but may only be used to accentuate something. For example, a sign for Housing on which you want to place a text strip to the effect that the sale of residential units has begun. Tertiary colors should be used sparingly. Otherwise, they can become too prominent and compete with other graphic elements.
