Our dividend policy

NCC’s policy with respect to the ordinary dividend is to distribute at least half of profit after taxes to the shareholders.

NCC’s policy is to distribute at least half of profit after taxes to the shareholders. The reason for establishing this level is to generate a healthy return for NCC’s shareholders and to provide NCC with the potential to invest in core business and thus to ensure that future growth can be created while maintaining financial stability.

For 2009, the Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 6.00 per share (4.00). The proposed dividend corresponds to 52 percent of profit after taxes, which is in line with the dividend policy.
